Emergency Management Programs

Kevin is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel whose background includes over 30 years of experience with the United States Army Corps of Engineers Command. He gained extensive experience with disaster recovery management services while working as a contractor for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

His experience with the Department of Defense has made him effective in providing disaster recovery expertise to FEMA, international, state and local governments and other organizations for disaster recovery throughout the world. Kevin is an instructor for the FEMA Public Assistance program, has worked on the FEMA individual Assistance program and is a renowned publisher of disaster recovery articles. He received a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Maryland.
